Terms of Service

By using SupaData you agree to these terms for purchasing mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo in Ghana.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders are confirmed after Paystack payment success. Delivery is via RemaData to the recipient number you provide. Most bundles deliver instantly; network delays may occur. Check status via your order ID on Track order.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Paystack (Cards, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer). SupaData does not store card details. Failed payments are not charged — use Try again on checkout.
REFUNDS
If payment succeeds but delivery fails and cannot be recovered, a refund is automatically initiated to your original payment method (Paystack) — you’ll see Refund: pending → success on your order. If delivery fails and no refund appears within 24 hours, contact support@supadata.gh with your order ID for manual review.
